Pretzels with sesame
Recipe Description

- 5 oz/150 g butter,
- 1 egg,
- 10 oz/300 g flour,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- 2 1/2 oz/70 g powdered sugar|confectioner's sugar,
- 2 tablespoons milk,
- salt,
- vanilla,
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- cream the butter with the Granulated sugar|Sugar and yolk, add milk, salt, baking powder and vanilla and mix well.
- Then add the flour, knead and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Shape pretzels out of this dough, roll them in egg white, then in sesame seeds, place on a baking sheet and bake at medium heat.
