- 3-4 bunches of radishes,
- 1 hard boiled egg,
- 2-3 tablespoons sour cream,
- salt
- Wash and thinly slice the radishes.
- Sieve the yolk and mix with sour cream; pour onto the radishes.
- Add thinly sliced egg white, salt and mix well.
