Saffron Pasta with Sugar Snap Peas


  • 2 cup sugar snap|sugar snap peas
  • ½ lbs pasta (i used little tubes)
  • ½ tbsp saffron
  • 2 to 4 tbs Parmesan cheese
  • fresh ground pepper


  1. Cook peas until just tender. I cooked them in the in the micro wave for 1½ minutes.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente.
  3. Combine peas and pasta in serving bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with the saffron, pepper and cheese. Mix and serve.
