  • 20-30 g of yeasts
  • 0,5 of a piala of water
  • a tea-spoon of Granulated sugar|Sugar
  • 2 pialas of oil.


  1. Dough is made as for baursaks , twisted in plaits, cut in pieces 3-5 cm each and fried in hot oil to a golden colour.
