Ugandan Porridge

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of Sosoma (sorghum, Soya, and corn|maize flour mixed in equal proportions)
  • 4 cups of boiling water equivalent to 2 liters
  • 1 cup or 1/4 liter of cold water
  • 12 teaspoons of Granulated sugar|Sugar or a small amount of salt

Directions

  1. Mix Sosoma with 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Add this mixture to the boiling water and stir gently for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Allow it to cool for several minutes and then add Granulated sugar|Sugar or salt if it is available.
