Valerie's kids snack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • Shredded coconut or:
  • Chopped nuts

Directions

1 In bowl, blend Peanut butter, honey and wheat germ.
2 Roll into small balls Roll balls in coconut or nuts.
3 Refrigerate.
4 Eat when chilled and hardened.
