Wacky cake
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar|Sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil|salad oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a baking pan, sift the flour, Granulated sugar|Sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
3 Make three holes in the mixture (you can press in a soup ladle and remove).
4 Pour the vinegar in one hole, the vanilla in another and the vegetable oil|salad oil in the third.
5 Now pour the water over the entire mixture and mix with a fork just until all the lumps are out.
6 Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
7 To decorate: hold a paper doily over the cake and sift the powdered sugar on it.
8 The Granulated sugar|Sugar that goes through the holes will form a pretty pattern on the cake.
