Chorizo Casserole Dip

Purchased from the Malin Estate in Caddo Mills, Texas in 1995. Date and source unknown.


  • 12 ounces queso blanco Cheese
  • 8 ounces Pork chorizo
  • Tortilla chips


  1. Cook the chorizo and drain off excess fat.
  2. Put the chorizo in an oven-proof casserole dish.
  3. Grate the Cheese over the top and melt in a 350 oven until melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
