Amish Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup Amish batter
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar|sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 1½ cups cornmeal
- ¼ cup oil
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes.
- Add oil, baking soda, salt, and baking powder .
- Mix well and pour in well greased pan.
- Bake at 425°F for 25 - 30 minutes.
