Amish Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ½ cup evaporated milk|Pet milk
  • 2 cups crackers
  • ¼ cup onion
  • ½ cup cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all above together.
  2. Pat into an oval loaf in a baking dish.
  3. Put the extra shredded cheese over top of loaf.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  5. Will freeze well.
