Apple Mousse
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp gelatin
- granulated sugar|sugar
- a pinch of vanilla
- Stew sour apples in some water until very soft.
- Then grate through the sieve, add granulated sugar|sugar, vanilla, gelatin and egg whites to apples and whip until it is light and fluffy.
- Serve in a glass bowl with milk.
