Apple Mousse


  • 4 apples
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • granulated sugar|sugar
  • a pinch of vanilla


  1. Stew sour apples in some water until very soft.
  2. Then grate through the sieve, add granulated sugar|sugar, vanilla, gelatin and egg whites to apples and whip until it is light and fluffy.
  3. Serve in a glass bowl with milk.
