Avocado and Kumquat Sorbet


  • Hass Avocado|California avocados
  • 1 kumquat, peeled
  • cup simple syrup 1:1
  • cup water
  • cup white tequila


  1. Purée all ingredients in two batches in bar blender.
  2. Strain through a china cap and freeze in an ice cream machine.
