Crunchy Chinese Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bok choy|Chinese cabbage (napa or savoy), shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli, broken into small florets
  • ½ cup canned water chestnuts, drained
  • ½ cup red radishes, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup chinese noodles, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ cup Marzetti® slaw dressing

Directions

  1. Add the cabbage, broccoli, chestnuts, radishes, and onions together in a bowl.
  2. Cover with the slaw dressing mixed with ginger and serve.
