Diabetic-friendly Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup green bell pepper|green pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup water
- ? cup ketchup|catsup
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 drops hot sauce|hot pepper sauce
- Cook onion and green bell pepper|green pepper in water over low heat about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well; cook 2 more minutes.
