Oat Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ? cup oil
  • ? cup water

Directions

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
  2. Then combine them together.
  3. Roll out dough ?" thick onto an oiled cookie sheet.
  4. Score and bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
