Spicy Green Bean Casserole
Recipe Description
Makes 6 servingsIngredients
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 x 10¾-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 x 16-ounce can cut green beans, drained
- 1 x 12-ounce can luncheon meat, diced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Cook onion in butter until soft but not brown.
- Stir in soup; heat about 2 minutes.
- Add rice, green bean|beans, luncheon meat, mustard and pepper sauce.
- Turn into buttered shallow 2-quart casserole. Top with Cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
