Ukrainian Corn Salad I

Ingredients

  • 250 g canned corn|sweet corn
  • 250 g crab sticks or crab meat
  • 1 large carrot
  • 200 g cabbage
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • salt

Directions

  1. Shred cabbage very thin and grate a carrot.
  2. Chop crab sticks (crab meat).
  3. Add corn and salt.
  4. Stir mayonnaise into the salad.
  5. Mix the salad and refrigerate for a while.
