Banana Yogurt Juice Smoothie

Recipe Description

A great fruit smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled, wrapped in plastic wrap & frozen
  • 1/2 c. Apple or orange juice
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients at high speed in blender. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
