Bramley Apple and Ginger Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 8 thin slices of ginger cake
  • 1 full quantity stewed Bramley Apples
  • 200 g tub extra thick double cream
  • 2 chocolate flake bars, crumbled

Directions

  1. Spoon a little of the apple purée into the base of 4 glass bowl, top with a slice of ginger cake, then more apple, a spoon or two of cream and chocolate flakes.
  2. Repeat the layers and serve.
