Breaded Pork Chops

Recipe Description

In Romanian: Cotlete de porc pane


  • 6 Pork chops,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons lard,
  • 2 tablespoons flour,
  • pepper


  1. Pound the chops with the pounder, salt, pepper, dredge with the beaten egg, then flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in hot lard, at low heat.
  3. Serve with French fries, with some salad or pickles.
