Chicken-Stuffed Shells soup

Recipe Description

You may prepare these ahead and freeze them. If baking directly from freezer, increase baking time to 1.5-2 hours.


  • 4 c. cooked Chicken, diced
  • 1/2 c. Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise|mayo (NOT Miracle Whip)
  • 1 box stuffing mix, prepared
  • 1 box large conchiglie|pasta shells, cooked and well-drained
  • 2 cans cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of Mushroom soup


  1. Mix Chicken, Onion, celery, mayor and stuffing.
  2. Stuff shells with mixture and place in single layer in a 9X13 baking dish.
  3. Mix soups with 2 cans water. Pour on top of shells.
  4. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or til sauce is bubbling.
