Codfish Omelet

Recipe Description

  • 1 cup of cooked cod fish
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes|crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp of minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Empty mixture into a large frying pan with a little olive oil.
  3. Cook omelet on both sides until done.
  4. Serve with a salad and some good wine.
