Gluten-free Brown Rice Waffles
Recipe Description
Recipe makes four waffles.Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free baking powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1¼ cups milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 6 tablespoons oil
- Combine egg yolks, oil and milk.
- Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to liquid ingredients.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Bake in hot waffle iron.
