Gluten-free Brown Rice Waffles

Recipe Description

Recipe makes four waffles.


  • 2 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 6 tablespoons oil


  1. Combine egg yolks, oil and milk.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to liquid ingredients.
  3. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  4. Bake in hot waffle iron.
