Gluten-free Quick Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ? cup milk
  • one medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • one 8-ounce can gluten-free tomato sauce
  • one 16-ounce can kidney beans

Directions

  1. Sauté beef and onion in a large skillet.
  2. Drain excess oil.
  3. Add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans.
  4. Simmer 45 minutes to one hour.
  5. Serve hot.
