Crabmeat and Crawfish Soup


  • 1 lb crawfish
  • 1 container crabmeat (lump or claw)
  • 2 cans of cream-style corn
  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped or minced)
  • 1 pint of half-and-half|half and half cream
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Sauté onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add crawfish, simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add corn and half and half cream.
  4. Cook for about 15-30 minutes on low-medium heat.
  5. Add crabmeat simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy with crackers.
