Omelette with ham

In Romanian: Omleta cu sunca


    For one person:
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 oz/50 g Ham,
  • 2 tablespoons milk or
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream,
  • 1 teaspoon lard,
  • salt


  1. Beat the eggs until foamy, add the milk or sour cream and the salt.
  2. Cube the Ham, mix it with the beaten eggs and fry everything in hot lard, first on one side, then the other.
  3. You may replace the Ham with bologna. Serve immediately.
