Cranberry Rice Salad

Recipe Description

Makes 10 servings.


  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberry|cranberries
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup salted cashews
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar


In medium bowl, combine rice, cranberry|cranberries, celery, cashews and vinegar; toss well. Serve cold.
