Cranberry Rice Salad
Recipe Description
Makes 10 servings.Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberry|cranberries
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 cup salted cashews
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
In medium bowl, combine rice, cranberry|cranberries, celery, cashews and vinegar; toss well. Serve cold.
