Chocolate Crackles

Recipe Description

Makes 24 (approximately)


  • 4 cups rice crispies|rice bubbles
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar|icing sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 250 g copha
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 24 paper patty cases


  1. In a large bowl, mix the rice crispies|rice bubbles, powdered sugar|icing sugar, cocoa and desiccated coconut.
  2. Slowly melt the copha in a saucepan over a low heat.
  3. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Add melted copha to rice crispies|rice bubbles mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Spoon mixture into paper patty cases and refrigerate until firm.
