- 2 lbs / 1 kg sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 6 egg yolk|yolks
- 3 egg whites
- a little vanilla
- granulated sugar|sugar to taste
- salt to taste
- Mix the yolks with the granulated sugar|sugar, add salt, vanilla, sour cream and mix well, adding the flour gradually. Add the whipped egg whites.
- Then continue as for Easter Cake with Cottage Cheese.
