Baby Clams Kelaguen

Ingredients

  • 2 cans baby clams
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2-4 chile pepper|hot peppers (can be eliminated if desired)
  • 2-3 lemons, squeezed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Placed clams, Onion, and lemon juice in a medium size bowl and thoroughly mixed by hand.

2. Add salt and pepper to desired taste.

3. Add chile pepper|hot peppers if desire.
