Baby Clams Kelaguen
Ingredients
- 2 cans baby clams
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 2-4 chile pepper|hot peppers (can be eliminated if desired)
- 2-3 lemons, squeezed
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Placed clams, Onion, and lemon juice in a medium size bowl and thoroughly mixed by hand.
2. Add salt and pepper to desired taste.
