Bacon and Tomato with Rice


  • 5 slices Bacon, diced
  • 2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper|green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Cook Bacon until almost crisp in large skillet over low heat.
  2. Pour off fat; return to heat
  3. Add pepper, Onion and garlic; cook until tender crisp.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, rice and black pepper; heat thoroughly
