Bacon and Tomato with Rice
Ingredients
- 5 slices Bacon, diced
- 2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper|green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cook Bacon until almost crisp in large skillet over low heat.
- Pour off fat; return to heat
- Add pepper, Onion and garlic; cook until tender crisp.
- Stir in tomatoes, rice and black pepper; heat thoroughly
