Recipe Description
In Romanian: Salata de fasole boabe.Ingredients
- 1/2 lb/250 dried beans,
- 2 tablespoons oil,
- 2-3 tablespoons vinegar,
- 1 big Onion,
- salt,
- pepper
- Boil and cool the beans.
- Drain and then mix with chopped Onion.
- Add oil, salt, vinegar and some pepper.
