Easy Rice Pancakes

Recipe Description

Makes about twelve 4-inch pancakes.


  • 2 cups Aunt Jemima Complete Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • Syrup and butter (optional)


  1. Beat pancake mix with 1-1/2 cups water in large bowl only until smooth. Stir in rice.
  2. Pour batter onto hot greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and underside is nicely browned. Turn and brown other side. Turn only once. Serve with butter and syrup, if desired.
