Easy Southwestern Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar thick & chunky salsa
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (4 oz.)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup nonfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Cook beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown, drain.
  2. Stir in water, salsa, salt and pasta.
  3. Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
  5. stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in sour cream, cook until just hot.
