Fruit Shake

  • ½ cup non-fat milk (liquid)
  • 2 tbsp instant non-fat dry milk|instant non-fat milk powder
  • 2 ripe bananas, pears or peaches
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp apple juice concentrate


  1. Cut up fruit and remove seeds if any.
  2. Place ingredients for desired drink in blender.
  3. Blend 30 to 45 seconds.
