Galawat kay Kabab
Ingredients
- ½ kg minced beef / mutton (qeema)
- 4 - 5 tbsp fresh cilantro|carder (dhania)
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper|peppers (ground)
- mint leaves (podina) as required
- 6 fresh chile pepper|green chilies (cut to slices)
- oil for shallow frying
- salt to taste
- red chili powder to taste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khashkhaash)
- 2 tbsp ginger + garlic paste
- 1 tbsp sesame seed|seramum seeds (til)
- 2 onions (fried and chopped) (cut to slices)
- 1 tbsp raw musk (poppaya)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour|flour of pulse - parched (baisan)
- 1 egg
- Take minced beef in a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
- Prepare kebabs of reasonable thickness and size of this mixture.
- Shallow fry the kebabs on medium heat (never press while frying).
- Serve with ketchup or chutney.
