Gluten-free Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- one beaten egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1½ cup gluten-free flour
- plus 1½ teaspoon xanthan|xanthan gum
- ¾ cup granulated sugar|sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder

- ½ cup gluten-free brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
- 2 teaspoon ground gluten-free cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- ¾ cup broken nuts (your choice)
- Combine vegetable oil|salad oil, egg, and milk.
- Sift dry ingredients and add, mixing will.
- Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
