Blue Cheese Dressing with Buttermilk


  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbs white wine vinegar
  • ? cup buttermilk
  • ½ tsp granulated sugar|sugar
  • ? sour cream
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • salt and ground pepper


  1. Mash blue cheese and buttermilk until mixture resembles cottage cheese.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
