  • aubergines
  • onions
  • garlic
  • tomato

Directions

  1. Boil aubergines, cut along the length and put into a pan.
  2. Braise onions and garlic separately, add tomato, spices and vinegar.
  3. The aubergines are topped with the mixture and well baked.
