Burmese Raw Cabbage Salad

Recipe Description

When preparing this recipe, it's good to crush cabbage while mixing.


  • 3 cups cabbage, finely cut
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 3 green chile
  • 2 tablespoons Shrimp powder
  • 1 tablespoon cooked oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 large lime


Cut cabbage and soak water for 2 hours. Before serving, drain cabbage and put in salad bowl. Add Onion, chile, Shrimp powder, oil and salt to taste. Squeeze lime over mixture and mix well. Add salt or lime as needed.
