Burnt Butter and California Avocado Pasta

Recipe Description

A delicious main dish or take to a buffet.


  • spaghetti Noodles enough for desired amount of servings
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Hass Avocado|California avocado cut and diced
  • ½ Pound feta Cheese grated
  • All other ingredients are optional (Put in whatever you like and as much as you like - these are my favorites)
  • Bacon bits
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped black olives
  • Chopped green onions


Cook and drain Pasta according to instructions on box or your preference.

In small pan simmer butter and garlic until butter almost burns.

Pour immediately over drained Pasta noodles.

Gently toss in 1/2 of the avocado and feta Cheese.

Toss in any other ingredients you wish to add.

Serve and top with remaining avocado and feta Cheese.
