Mock Egg Salad I

Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • 19 oz can chickpeas, drained
  • ¼ cup Tangy Boiled Dressing
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ½ tsp basil
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt

Directions

  1. Coarsely mash chick peas.
  2. Combine with dressing and other ingredients.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Food processor may be used but a coarse texture is more like a real egg salad.
