Naeamia be Dakwa
Recipe Description
Serve warm with aseeda or kissra.Ingredients
- 1 litre plain yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter (dakwa)
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 onions
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Chop onions and fry them in oil until golden.
- Crush onions.
- Blend tomatoes and add to onions.
- Add cup of water and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- In separate bowl, mix Peanut butter, flour yogurt, pepper, salt and add to simmering mix, stirring until boiling (approximately 1 minute).
