Naeamia be Wayka
Recipe Description
Serve warm with aseeda or kissra.Ingredients
- 1 litre plain yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp wayka (okra powder)
- 4 onions
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Chop onions and fry them in oil until golden.
- Crush onions.
- Blend tomatoes and add to onions.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add yogurt, pepper, salt and garlic and stir until boiling.
- Add wayka, stir for 5 minutes.
