Pasta Primavera
Recipe Description
About 4 servings.Ingredients
- ½ lb ziti
- 5 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 2 green bell pepper|green peppers, chopped
- ? cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- ½ lb mozzarella, diced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
- In large bowl combine tomatoes, green bell pepper|green peppers, basil, and dressing.
- Add cheese and ziti. Toss lightly and chill.
- Also add if desired: sliced , flaked tuna, pine nuts, any fresh vegetable.
