Michael Symon’s Porky Joe Sliders

Michael Symon makes pork sloppy joe sliders.

Put out a platter of these spicy sliders this 4th of July!

Chef Michael Symon kicks up traditional sloppy joes a notch with chipotle & jalapenos.

In today’s installment of Symon’s Supper, Chef Michael Symon shows us a simple recipe that will be perfect for this weekend’s Fourth of July festivities.

These Porky Joe Sliders are easy to make and don’t even require a grill. Or make a platter ahead of time and bring them with you to your party!

Aside from using pork, Chef Symon builds on the classic sloppy joe recipe by adding chipotle to the sauce and jalapenos, coriander, and cumin to the meat mixture.

If you’re feeding a crowd, you can also double or triple this recipe and serve them on burger buns. It’s a great replacement for the usual hamburger on the grill.
