Patrick & Gina Neely’s Citrus Glazed Grilled Salmon

The Neelys grill citrus glazed salmon.

Grilling season is coming to a close, but this easy triple citrus glaze can be used off the grill too!

A trio of orange, lemon, and lime juice combine together to make a tasty and healthy glaze for salmon—or nearly any fish or seafood, really.

The Neelys are the king & queen of simple-to-prep delicious dishes. So this Citrus Glazed Grilled Salmon comes as no surprise!

Honestly, the hardest part is prepping all the ingredients for the glaze. Once that’s done, you just have to throw everything into a pan and heat to combine.

While The Neelys grill their salmon, you could certainly adapt this recipe for a baked or pan-cooked salmon. The process would be mostly the same, cooking the salmon sans glaze until mostly cooked through. Then, brush on your glaze and continue cooking until you get a nice even crust.

As a side dish, you could serve nearly anything—a hearty salad, grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or even a quinoa side dish. The sky’s the limit with this simple and tasty salmon entrée!
