Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated granulated sugar|sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

Directions

  1. Melt butter. Add Granulated sugar|Sugar and eggs.
  2. Drain pineapple and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Add bread.
  3. Mix well. Pour into well buttered casserole. Bake ½ hour at 350.
  4. Sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
