Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of clam juice
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 large or 3 small potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Sauté onion and celery in a pat of butter.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. In a separate pan:.
  4. Put a ¼ cup of butter and ½ cup of flour.
  5. Melt the butter and stir in the flour until thick.
  6. Add a cup of milk and a cup of ½ and ½.
  7. Mix this with the other ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
