Portuguese Marinade for Pork or Beef

- 1 cup of red wine|red or white wine (more if you like )
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic (again more if you want)
- 1 teaspoon of dry red pepper flakes|crushed red pepper (you may want more of this also)
- 1 can of beer (you will need this the next day)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Put the meat of choice in a dish or bowl.
- Mix all above ingredients and pour over the meat.
- Marinate for a day.
- Pour the beer over all and marinate at least 4 hours more.
